The Ultimate roasted potato bowl

Ingredients

  • 800g potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 200g red cabbage
  • 200g frozen or fresh peas
  • 200g cherry tomatoes

Another recipe of my roasted potatoes series….. did you expect something else?

And I think, right NOW, I’m in love with the word ‘roasted potatoes’, because i’m kind of about to say the word again, please preheat the oven to 220 C °and make the ROASTED POTATOES !

For the POTATOES, slice them into slices, put them on a parchment paper and shoove them into the oven for 25 minutes.

Next uo we care about the veggies. Peel and Slice up the carrots and chop up the red cabbage. Steam both in seperate pots of water for 5 minutes, each.

Then defrost the peas, either by letting them set aside or by cooking them in a pot of water for 3 minutes.

Lastly assemble everything with the cherry tomatoes in a bowl and…… Guess what…. enjoy!

Note:

If you don’t like Peas, you can also switch them with some Lamb’s lettuce!
