Indian Curry-cumin fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 140g Whole Grain Rice
  • 2 tsp Curry
  • 2 tsp Tumeric

Variation 1:

  • 250g Green Asparagus
  • 1 can White Beans
  • 10g Ginger

Variation 2:

  • 200g Cauliflower
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 150g Cucumber

Instructions:

Generally cook up some Rice and once that is ready mix in the Spices.

Now for the Variations 1, cut the Green Asparagus into 3 pieces per Spear and steam it in a pot of water for 5 minutes. Then drain and wash the White Beans; and cut the Ginger into little pieces.

Mix everything with the Curry- cumin Rice, fry it up for 5 more minute.

For Variation 2, cut the Cauliflower into its florets and steam it in a pot of water for 5 minutes, too. Meanwhile cut the Spring onions into its rings and the Cucumber into little cubes. Once everything is done and the Cauli if ready, mix it all with The Curry- Cumin Rice, fry it up like in Variation 1

Sprinkle some more Spring Onions on top….

And serve!!!
