Hawaiian Style Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 140g Polenta
  • 200g Pineapple
  • 3 big Tomatoes
  • 100g fresh or frozen Spinach

Instructions:

To get a nice bottom Crust, cook the Polenta like it says on the Package and pour this mixture in the Casserole form you want to use. In Addition let it cool down for at least an hour.

After said hour preheat the oven to 220 C° and remove the Pineapple from its skin and the bitter part in the middle. Then cut thick slices out of it. Cut the Tomatoes into slices as well. And lastly steam the Spinach over some water with a blender for 2 minutes.

Good, now that everything is prepared, get yourself your Casserole form from wherever you had it standing and top the Polenta dough with the Pineapple slices, then with the Tomato Slices and lastly cover it with the Spinach.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes and serve as a nice family dinner!
