Soup de la memory

Ingredients

  • 500g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cans Chickpeas
  • 100g Carrots
  • 5g Ginger
  • 2 tsp Herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

*takes a big breath * Do you know the feeling when you remember something you past life has once used to eat…. And you remember it so real, that you could just touch it….

It’s just like a whistling if the wind in the moonlights embrace…. Indescribable…

Please cut the carrots into really tiny cubes and steam it in a pot of water for 5 minutes, while you in the same time boil the cherry tomatoes in another pot of water for 5 minutes, as well.

.. I would say, you know what to do then, but please let me explain….

Please, blend the cherry tomatoes so then up in a blender and drain and wash the Chickpeas, so cut the Ginger really, into very tiny pieces, almost like you would chop this tiny piece of Sharpness up…

Before you gently and softly mix all those ingredients ; Chickpeas, sauce, Carrots, Ginger and herbs ; together in a pot, let it maybe shortly boil up, bug not to much and serve immediately…
