White Bean-Sweet Potato Dumbing

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 large Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 can White Beans

Instructions:

Like the Potato Dumplings, start by peeling the Sweet Potatoes and cut them into cubes. At Next boil them for 15 Minutes, until soft, BUT NOT TOO SOFT AND NOT TOO HARD…..please I made my own bad experience by these dumblings…

Meanwhile drain and wash the White Beans. Set them aside and mash them with a fork.

When the Sweet Potatoes are ready, drain them from the water, so they are is non water left and they are almost dry again.

For the last step, mash the Sweet Potato with a fork and mix it together with the White Beans to a kind of dough.

Now just wash your hands, so the Dough doesn’t stick to your hands and form out of it, dumplings.

Serve!!!!!!!
