Ingredients:
- 120g Whole Grain Rice
- 200g Cauliflower
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 2 handful Lambs Lettuce
Instructions:
First cook your Rice, like it says on the lovely package of it for 45 Minutes.
When its almost ready, preheat a little pot of water, in which you’ll steam the chopped up Cauliflower for around 5 to 8 Minutes on medium heat.
While that is cooking too, drain and wash the Kidney Beans.
And once really everything is ready, mix everything together In a big pot, let it cook for 3 more Minutes if you want….and then place it on a plate and serve with the Lambs Lettuce…
