Wrap filling Mexican Salad

Ingredients:

  • 130g Whole Grain Rice
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 150g Iceberg Salad

Instructions:

Like most salads, cook the Rice according to the instructions on the Package and wait until its ready, so it can cool down.

While it does that, drain and wash Corn and Kidney Beans. And chop up the Iceberg Salad.

When you think the Rice is ready cooled down, mix Corn, beans and Salad with the Rice ..

…and enjoy as a salad, or as a stuffing in a wrap.or…….
