Quinoa with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 160g Quinoa

Vegetables:

  • 200g Champignons
  • 1 big Zucchini
  • 1 big Pepper
  • A bunch of Parsley (optional)

Instructions:

Yes, so for this you’ll need the BBQ again, which is why you need to preheat it or make it ready…whatever you have to do when you are grilling…

Then, before you put the Vegetables into the Grill, cook the Quinoa like it says on the Package.

And THEN prepare the Vegetables, easily just cut the Champignons in half, the Zucchini into thick slices and the Pepper into cubes. Place those into the Grill and bbq them for around 10 to 15 minutes (Ok, if you’re BBQ is quicker, than remove the Vegetables, before you’ll burn them)

Either way……..Once everything is ready, top the Quinoa with the grilled Vegetables and if you want with some chopped  up Parsley…..
