ingredients
- 200g whole grain rice
- 200g parsnip / pastinakes
- 200g carrots
- A bunch of parsley for decoration
- A pinch Cumin (optional)

Again another Christmas recipe, that invented in the middle of summer….. Not strange….. NOOOOOOO… Not even a bit..
Of course it’s strange!!!!…. But hey that’s me, I’m inventing winter recipes in summer and summer recipes in winter…. XD
okay let’s get to the recipe…
- Start by making the rice according to the instructions on the package…. *screams in surprise* What a surprise…. Ugh
- Now and while that is cooking, grate parsnip and carrots.
- Then put them with a little bit of water in a pot and steam it carefully for 3 minutes under constantly stiring it! (until most of the water is soaked up)
- Once the rice is ready, add it and mix everything well together… Now add the spices, if you want some..
Aaaaaannnddd place it in a bowl, decorate with parsley and ready is your Christmas dinner!
