- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 2 corn cobs
- 2 bunch of parsley

And of course not forget the corncob bake…. For a even yummier side dish!!!
To start this recipe preheat the oven to 220 °C like we’re used to.
next…… can you already guess? – Right, cooking the tomatoes in the pot of water and blending them up..
To finish it off , place the tomato sauce together with the corn cobs and the chopped up parsley in the baking dish and bake the whole thing for 25 minutes.

That was it…. Easy and totally a great side dish, which can be served to almost everything….. Let it be millet or Couscous or potatoes or potato puree or Rice or……. Quinoa or….. OK, ok I’ll stop!
