Couscous, Sugar beans, Kohlrabi sticks, Spinach, Mushroom, roasted Cauliflower

ingredients

  • 150g couscous
  • 200g sugar beans
  • 200g kohlrabi
  • 100g frozen or fresh spinach
  • 200g cauliflower

And here we go with my second cooked and second posted, as it seems, ‘name it by the name bowl’!!

Which will right away start with a difficult challenge…. yes, right…. multitasking time!!! Because you have to preheat the oven to 220° C and you have to cook the couscous like it says on the package…. OMG so difficult!!!

Then right afterwards cut the Cauliflower into its florets and steam it for 5 minutes in a pot of water, before you then place the florets on a parchment paper and shove it another 15 minutes into the oven. Afterwards we have to start with the other vegetables, so remove the skin of the kohlrabi and cut it into sticks..

Oh god I forgot again to say something…. Hehe he…. well I forgot to mention that once the couscous is ready, let it cool down, so it loses its stickiness.

…and steam it together with sugar beans and mushrooms in a pot of water, while just steam the spinach in a steamer over the pot for 5 minutes as well…

Lastly place all goodies nicely in a bowl together and dig into it!!!!
