Avocado-Chickpea-Brussel Sprout CousCous Salad

Ingredients:

  • 100g CousCous
  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • ½ Avocado
  • 200g Brussel Sprouts

Instructions:

As every time, start with the CousCous, by cooking it like the Package says. Normally that takes about 15 Minutes. And when its ready, set it aside and let it cool down, so it doesn’t stick to each other. I highly recommend you to give it a whisk with a spoon once or twice, while you are preparing the other things, that helps it to not stick to each other.

Like mentioned now we move to the Vegetables, preheat a little pot of water and cut the brussel sprouts in the desired size or just cut it in half. Then steam it for 10 Minutes on medium heat.

In the meantime drain and wash your Chickpeas and spoon out the flesh from the Avocado, place it in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

At the end, drain the Brussel Sprouts from the Water and mix everything well together. Serve immediately and enjoy!!!!!!!!
