The bean ball

Ingredients

  • 1 can White beans
  • 1 can Chickpeas

Instructions

I would lie, if I’d say this is very difficult..

Because overall all you have to do, to get that nice protein bomb done, is drain and wash the beans..

Mash them slightly with a fork up, but leave yourself a few chunks if wanted and…

WASH YOUR HANDS!

… form them with your hands to one big ball..

DONE!.. And can be served to so many great things, just like my following recipe Spinach meets Quinoa…

Also it kind of reminds me of the German ‘Germknödel’…. Just healthier!
