- 4 giant and BIIIGG Carrots
- 200g Whole grain Rice
- 150g Cherry Tomatoes
- A few chilli flakes
Oh hell…. You had to see my face, when I was walking through the grocery store that day, and I saw those masons, big Carrots – hell they were as big as my whole arm ….
I.. I just… Oh god, I just had to buy them… And I hope you have the same luck as me, and find them as welly so you can try them out..
But now first of all those the way, I was able to fill that freaking thing…
I used a kind of easy way to do so… I first steamed them in a professional Steamer for 6 to 8 minutes, while I already, preheated the oven to 220 C ° and afterwards baked them in there for good 1 hour…
Now, or course if you don’t have a steamer, like I do, which makes me once again furious, because please how often did I tell you to buy one….. Ugh, anyways, for all of you don’t have one, bake the carrot for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours .
Next up is the filling for the filling cook the Rice according to the instructions on the package and… Yes, well wait…
Once you’ve successfully read a book, you can continue by cutting the cherry tomatoes into very tiny cubes – around the time, when the Rice should be ready..

You have to wait until the carrots are ready, though if they are already, trust me, you’ll be able to grab a spoon now and easily and smoothly be able to scoop out the flesh in the inside, like it was nothing..
That hole, you generously fill with the filling and then bake it for 10 more minutes..
Before congratulations, you’re filled giant carrots are ready!
